1. Ownership and Licensing

The IDR application is developed and owned by Killian MASSA (Mki). It is licensed to IDR (Innovation Désamiantage Robotique) for internal professional use by its employees and partners.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Authorized Use

Use the application only for professional purposes within IDR.
Do not attempt to copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the software.
Respect confidentiality of all data processed by the application.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and related materials remain the property of Killian MASSA (Mki). The granted license does not confer ownership or transfer of rights to IDR or its users. Logos and trademarks identifying IDR are used within the application under authorization and remain the exclusive property of IDR.

5. Liability

The application is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The publisher shall not be held responsible for data loss, misuse, or service disruption.

6. Modifications

The publisher reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
